Hello, I’m Nadia!
My passion for health and wellness stems from a diverse background that includes eight years of personal training experience, a competitive powerlifting background, and four years as a competitive ballroom and Latin dance instructor.
Throughout my various endeavors, I developed a keen interest in the intricacies of the human body and movement. My goal as a bodyworker is to integrate my knowledge and experiences to provide techniques that are corrective and rehabilitative in nature. I am particularly drawn to modalities aimed at healing physical and mental wellness, ultimately improving movement and enhancing the quality of life for my clients.
I am eager to continue learning and honing my skills as I work to complete my journey towards becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
