Vestibular therapy uses specialized and individualized exercises to relieve the symptoms and discomfort associated with various dysfunctions and disorders of the inner ear is used for the treatment of balance and dizziness problems.

After careful assessment and identification of the factors triggering the episodes of dizziness, appropriate techniques may be carried out to reduce current symptoms and/or an exercise program will be designed for each patient. This exercise regime is based on the rationale that repeated exposure will decrease the nervous system’s sensitivity to the stimuli. Treatment may include repositioning maneuvers, gaze stability exercises, vestibular/habituation exercises.

Treatment frequency varies based on your unique needs. Most clients experience significant relief within 3-4 treatments, but many do note relief after 1-2 as well.
