Growing up as a competitive badminton player, Teresa sustained multiple injuries, but was fascinated by the resilience of the human body and developed a passion to become a physical therapist. From sprains and strains to fractures, she’s personally experienced them all! Teresa hopes that by utilizing an approach that combines manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription and education, she can empower her clients and help them get back to doing the things they love. Regardless of whether you have a musculoskeletal condition, or injury related to a motor vehicle accident or work, Teresa strives to ensure that your concerns will be heard and met. Rachel completed her Master of Physiotherapy at McMaster University and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. She has also earned her Level 1 AIM Orthopaedic Division certificate.
Rachel is passionate about creating personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle and goals. She discovered her love for physiotherapy while working as a personal trainer and sports medicine student trainer, where she empowered clients to exceed their own expectations. Herman aims to show that reaching your health and fitness goals is possible, with a little guidance in the right direction.
Herman began his health and fitness journey at The University of British Columbia, where he completed his Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences. Shortly after, he obtained his Personal Trainer certification from NSCA.
